….Charges Kwarans To Emulate By Vote APC Out In 2023 Polls
Senator Ademola Adeleke has been congratulated on his victory in the Osun State gubernatorial election that took place on Saturday, July 16.
In a statement signed by Honourable Bukoye Marooph Bintinlaye Media, on Sunday, the chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party in Kwara State said the victory drives home a popular axiom of Democracy and of the PDP: ‘The power belongs to the masses’.
He also urged the good people of Kwara State to vote for PDP in the 2023 general elections in the state and national level.
Honourable Marooph Bintinlaye thereafter appreciated former senate president Bukola Saraki, Governors Godwin Obaseki of Edo and Douye Diri of Bayelsa states and other PDP stakeholders who contributed to the success.
“Again, the Osun people have spoken and resonate a crucial axiom of Democracy and that of our great party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) which is Vox Populi Vox Dei (the voice of the people is the voice of God). Indeed, the power belong to the people.
“On behalf of myself and Kwara PDP, I congratulate Senator Ademola Adeleke, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for governor of Osun in 2022, on his victory.
“We join the Osun people in making it known to Nigerians that we are prepared and ready to deliver them from the difficulties and tribulations they have been subjected to.
“The PDP and its ideas of equity, unity, and growth were chosen by the people of Osun State in the last election over the regressive policies that had left them in such a precarious situation for so many years.

Recall Adeleke, 62, was returned elected by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after polling 403,371 votes, to defeat his closest rival and incumbent governor, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, who scored 375,027 votes, as well as 13 other contestants in the race.
