A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party in Kwara State, Honourable Marooph Bukoye Bintinlaye has expressed his condolences to the people of Oke Ode in Ifelodun local government of the state over the demise of the Elesa of Oke Ode, Oba AbdulKadir Adelodun.


Oba Adelodun joined his ancestors on Thursday.

This was contained in a statement signed by Honourable Bukoye Marooph Bintinlaye Media (HMBM) on Thursday, June 30.

“My sincere sympathies are extended to the deceased monarch’s immediate family, the good people of Oke Ode, and the Ifelodun Traditional Rulers’ Council, which is presided over by Elese of Igbajaland and the entire sons and daughters of Oke Ode the much-needed strength to bear the loss.

“Ọba Adelodun was a valiant traditional ruler who led the Oke Ode people through a truly beautiful reign of socioeconomic growth and physical improvement. Indeed, a wonderful age-long time enduring tradition is coming to an end.

“In this trying time, may Allah grant Oba Adelodun Al-Jannah Firdaus and comfort his family and the Oke Ode community,” Honourable Bintinlaye said
