The projected N1,692 trillion budget estimates for 2023 were given to the House of Assembly by Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The “Budget of Continuity” consists of N350,000 billion in deficit financing and N1.342 billion in revenue.
Additionally, this includes federal transfers of N234 billion and total internal generated revenue (IGR) of N1.108 billion.
The forecast also suggests spending N759 billion on ongoing expenses and N670 billion on capital improvements.
