[PHOTOS] Offa Students Union N/HQ Secures 40 Slots In MOK Foundation’s 2026 JAMB Scholarship

The Offa Students Union National Headquarters (OSU NH) has secured 40 slots for its members in the 2026 JAMB (UTME) scholarship scheme of the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation, out of the 1,000 free registrations provided for brilliant but indigent students across Kwara State.

The beneficiaries were formally presented at the MOK Foundation House in Offa, where they were led by the President of the Offa Students Union National Headquarters, Comrade Abbas Toheeb Olasunkanmi (popularly known as Eizi Boy), for the completion of their registration process.

The OSU NH President was accompanied by other national officers of the Union, including the National General Secretary, Financial Secretary, Treasurer and the Public Relations Officer.

Eizi Boy said that the Union is committed to the educational advancement of Offa indigenes especially the students community.

Speaking during the visit, Comrade Olasunkanmi described the allocation of 40 slots to OSU NH as a significant boost to students from Offa, particularly those facing financial constraints.

He commended the Founder of the MOK Foundation, Alhaji (QS) Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, for what he described as a consistent and people-oriented investment in education, noting that the initiative would ease the burden on parents and guardians while opening wider opportunities for academic excellence.

According to him, the gesture reflects the Foundation’s growing reputation as a dependable partner in human capital development and youth empowerment in Kwara State.

The OSU NH leadership urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the opportunity by committing themselves to serious study and exemplary conduct, adding that academic excellence remains the best way to justify the confidence reposed in them.

The Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode Foundation yesterday, Thursday, February 5, 2026 flagged off the 2026 JAMB scholarship scheme in Offa, expanding its coverage from previous years to 1,000 beneficiaries statewide, as part of its broader humanitarian and educational interventions.
