Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni Felicitates NCDC MD/CEO Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil On His Birthday Anniversary

The Executive Director of Administration and Human Resources at the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, PS (Rtd), congratulates Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, on the occasion of his birthday.

Hajia Sanni stated that Dr. Tsenyil is an exemplary leader, a visionary administrator, and a committed public servant whose dedication to the development of the North Central region has been truly remarkable.

She commended the MD/CEO for his outstanding leadership, which has fostered unity, collaboration, and progress within the Commission.

Hajia Sanni noted that Dr. Tsenyil’s strategic initiatives and commitment to the mandate of the NCDC have positioned the Commission as a catalyst for sustainable development across the North Central geo-political zone.

The Executive Director praised Dr. Tsenyil’s inclusive leadership style and his dedication to ensuring that the diverse interests of all member states are adequately represented and served.

She expressed confidence that under his continued guidance, the Commission will achieve even greater milestones in infrastructure development, human capital advancement, and regional integration.

On behalf of the management and staff of the Administration and Human Resources Directorate and Kwara State at large, Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni conveyed her warmest wishes to Dr. Tsenyil.

She prayed for God’s continued blessings, divine wisdom, good health, and strength upon him as he steers the affairs of the Commission towards greater heights.
