The Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation has extended healthcare support to 42 patients across selected health facilities in Kwara State as part of its sustained humanitarian intervention for vulnerable residents.
The foundation said last month (December 2025), its health intervention covered five health centres across Offa and its environs.
This reinforces the foundation’s commitment to improving access to basic healthcare services for underserved communities.
According to data released by the foundation, eight patients benefitted from the programme at Lamodi Clinic, while 10 patients received support at Olomowewe Primary Healthcare Centre.
At Igbo Oro Primary Healthcare Centre, 12 patients were assisted, eight patients benefitted at Abogunugun Primary Healthcare Centre, and four patients received medical support at the Cottage Hospital, Igbonna.
The foundation described the initiative as part of its ongoing effort to complement government interventions in the health sector, particularly in ensuring that indigent patients can access timely and quality medical care.
Appreciation was extended to the Government for its sustained support towards community healthcare development, as well as to health workers across the participating facilities for their dedication and selfless service in delivering care to patients.
The foundation also commended its field team for ensuring the smooth implementation of the December intervention.
Special recognition was given to the founder of the MOK Foundation, Qs (Alhaji) Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, whose leadership and compassion, the foundation said, continue to positively impact lives and strengthen community well-being across the state.
The foundation reaffirmed that as the new year unfolds, it remains committed to promoting care, compassion and community service through sustained health and social interventions.
