The Executive Director (Administration and Human Resources) of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, PS (Rtd), has congratulated Hajia Muinat Bola Shagaya, the Sarauniyya of Ilorin Emirate, on the occasion of her 65th birthday anniversary, celebrated on Friday, October 10, 2025.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by her, Hajia Sanni, who also represents Kwara State on the Commission’s Board, described Hajia Bola Shagaya as a remarkable woman of substance, a quintessential leader, and an exemplary role model whose life continues to inspire women across generations.
“She is a darling sister and a dear friend whom I am well pleased with — known for her simplicity, humility, and unassuming work ethic. She has successfully raised her children in the most modest way, ensuring that society benefits immensely from their upbringing,” Hajia Sanni stated.
She further commended the Ilorin-born business magnate for her steadfastness, resilience, and contributions to national development, particularly in empowering women and promoting excellence in enterprise and leadership.
“Hajia Muinat Bola Shagaya represents the true essence of womanhood — strength, grace, and impact. She is a role model to today’s young women, proving that with determination and a strong will, one can break barriers and achieve greatness,” she added.
Hajia Sanni prayed for continued good health, wisdom, and divine blessings for the celebrant in the years ahead.
