Ogbeni Seun Ogunniyi Interacts with Members of Offa Legislative Council

As part of efforts to strengthen party cohesion and sustain unity within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Offa, the Honourable Member representing Ojomu Balogun Constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Ogbeni Seun Ogunniyi, has held a strategic engagement with members of the Offa Legislative Council.

The meeting, which took place at Ogunniyi’s constituency office in the Afelele area of Offa, brought together councillors representing the various wards of Offa Local Government.

Discussions at the meeting centred on the need for synergy between elected representatives at the local and state levels to advance the collective interest of the party and ensure the continued success of the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, who is also the leader of the APC in Kwara State.

Speaking at the forum, Ogunniyi emphasized the importance of collaboration in delivering democratic dividends and strengthening the APC as a formidable political force in the local government.

The councillors, led by the Speaker of the Offa Legislative Council, Rt Hon Sharafadeen Mustapha, echoed similar sentiments, stressing their commitment to the unity, stability, and progress of the party.

The meeting ended with a unanimous reaffirmation by both Ogunniyi and the councillors to work hand in hand in supporting the governor’s developmental agenda and promoting the cohesion of the APC in Offa.
