The Founder of HMA Foundation and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Hon. Moshood Adeleke, has congratulated Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni Alasonla on her inauguration as Executive Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC).
Adeleke, who is also eyeing the Offa/Oyun/Ifelodun Federal Constituency seat in the 2027 general elections, described Hajia Sanni’s appointment as a testament to her long-standing record of service and commitment to national development.
In a statement issued earlier this morning, he commended President Bola Tinubu for what he termed a “well-considered choice,” noting that Hajia Sanni’s wealth of experience in public service will strengthen the commission’s mandate.
He urged the new Executive Director to deploy her competence, integrity and passion to drive developmental programmes that would address the peculiar needs of the North Central region.
“I rejoice with Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni Alasonla on this deserving post. Her inauguration is not only a personal milestone but also a victory for Kwara State and the entire North Central. I am confident that she will justify the confidence reposed in her,” Adeleke said.
The APC stalwart also enjoined stakeholders across the region to rally behind the new ED, stressing that the task of repositioning the commission requires collective support.
Hajia Sanni, a retired Permanent Secretary, was officially inaugurated in Abuja as the Executive Director representing Kwara State at the NCDC earlier today.
