The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Adediji Construction Nigeria Ltd, Engr. Akeem Ibrahim Adediji has earlier today distributed a total of ₦3 million to support 200 Islamic clerics and 100 individuals living under challenging circumstances in Offa, Kwara State.
The gesture, which took place at his private residence, saw each of the beneficiaries receive cash support aimed at easing their economic burdens.
Adediji, while addressing the gathering, said the donation was part of his commitment to support religious leaders and vulnerable members of the society.
“This is my own way of giving back to the community and standing with those who are serving humanity and those who are struggling to make ends meet,” he said.
The murmurs of gratitude weaving through the air were punctuated by smiles that spoke volumes of relief and hope.
The cleric were among the first to receive their share, an acknowledgment of their spiritual leadership. Close behind were families living on the margins: widows, artisans, and small traders; these are individuals whose daily survival is a testament to perseverance in adversity.
