The Executive Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, has extended her congratulatory message to Quantity Surveyor Omuiyadun Hammed Dimeji on his induction into the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS).
Describing him as “a trailblazer, super loyal, and a workaholic with exceptional character,” Sanni praised Omuiyadun for reaching a significant professional milestone.

She further commended his commitment to professional growth, noting that his dedication to excellence stands as a beacon of inspiration to young Nigerians navigating the demands of public service alongside career development.
Omuiyadun Hammed currently serves as the Principal Personal Assistant to the Deputy Senate Leader, Senator Oyelola Yisa Ashiru. His induction took place during a national workshop hosted by the NIQS at The Dome Hall of the Enugu State International Conference Centre.
Themed “Standardizing Procurement Excellence: Enhancing Transparency and Efficiency Through the Nigerian Bureau of Public Procurement’s Standard Bidding Document,” the event convened leading figures in Nigeria’s built environment sector to deliberate on procurement standards and professional ethics.
The NCDC joins other well-wishers in celebrating QS Omuiyadun’s achievement and looks forward to his continued impact in both the public and professional spheres.
