British pop star Ed Sheeran has revealed that he once temporarily lost his sight after smoking with American rap icon Snoop Dogg.
Sheeran made the revelation in a recent TikTok video, where he is seen with Snoop Dogg as the rapper rolls what appears to be marijuana. The video was captioned: “Last time I smoked with Snoop I lost my ability to see.”
The singer’s admission comes months after Snoop Dogg jokingly claimed he was “giving up smoking,” only to later clarify in an ad campaign that he was referring to “smoky stoves,” not cannabis.
This isn’t the first time Sheeran has spoken about encounters with heavy smokers. In an earlier interview, he named Nigerian star Burna Boy as one of the “heaviest” weed smokers he has ever worked with. The two artists have collaborated on Stormzy’s chart-topping track ‘Own It’ and Burna Boy’s ‘For My Hand’ from his Love, Damini album.
