Popular comedian and filmmaker, Ayo Makun, widely known as AY, has raised concerns over excessive service charges imposed by Nigerian commercial banks.
AY questioned how banks continue to report trillions of naira in profits each quarter despite the country’s struggling economy. He also pointed out that many of these charges are unique to Nigeria and should be challenged.
