President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will celebrate his 73rd birthday on Saturday, March 29, 2025, with a special prayer session at the National Mosque in Abuja.
This announcement was made by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a post on his X account (formerly Twitter). The statement read:
“Ahead of his 73rd birthday on Saturday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, will join fellow Muslims at the National Mosque in Abuja on Friday for a special prayer session for the nation.”
During this occasion, the President will express gratitude to God for His guidance and support in leading the country. Tinubu’s birthday falls within the holy month of Ramadan and comes just two months before the second anniversary of his administration.
He plans to engage in spiritual reflection and prayers for Nigeria’s peace, progress, and prosperity. His decision to commemorate the day with prayers highlights his commitment to the nation’s spiritual and moral well-being, emphasizing the importance of divine guidance in leadership.
