The Ogun State Police Command has maintained that controversial singer Portable is still a wanted man, despite his claims of undergoing treatment for mental illness.
After being declared wanted for allegedly assaulting three officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Portable claimed he was receiving treatment at Aro Psychiatric Hospital.
However, the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Omolola Odutola, dismissed his claims, insisting that he must surrender himself for investigation.
“Portable will submit himself. He cannot remain in the psychiatric hospital,” she stated.
