Popular social media critic, VeryDarkMan, has issued a warning to media personality Toke Makinwa, stating she will be held responsible if anything harmful happens to singer 2Face Idibia.
This comes after Makinwa reacted to the announcement of 2Face’s separation and divorce from his wife, Annie Idibia. In now-deleted posts on Instagram, the singer publicly shared the news of his divorce on Sunday evening.
Following the announcement, Toke Makinwa took to Instagram with a controversial post, calling 2Face’s decision unfair and declaring, “We will fight for her [Annie].”
Amid the ensuing controversy, VeryDarkMan, who appears to side with 2Face, posted a video warning Makinwa and others against attacking the singer. In the trending clip, he said, “It seems all Nigerian women have come together to throw hate on 2Face. First of all, if anything happens to him, we will hold all of you accountable, especially Toke Makinwa. Nothing must happen to 2Face, ooo. All I see here is double standards.”
