The Chairman of Olalomi Royal Volleyball Club, founder of MOK Foundation, and principal partner of Luxiar Construction Limited, Qs (Alhaji)Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode has commended the outstanding performance of the MOK Spikers Volleyball Club and MOK Queens Volleyball Academy at the recently concluded Offa Descendants Union North America (ODUNA) Volleyball Championship.

Recognizing their hard work and dedication, MOK congratulated the teams for securing second and third positions in the tournament.

The MOK Spikers earned ₦30,000 and silver medals, while the MOK Queens took home ₦20,000 and bronze medals.

To further encourage the players and coaching staff, MOK rewarded the teams with a generous sum of ₦300,000.

He expressed his pride in their achievements and emphasized the importance of continuous growth in the sport.

“The performances of the MOK Spikers and Queens are a testament to their hard work, determination, and teamwork.

“We will continue to support and invest in the development of volleyball in Offa to ensure our athletes reach their full potential,” he said.

The ODUNA Volleyball Championship, held from January 10 to 12, 2025, at the Zeems Sports Arena, Offa, was organized to celebrate the 10th anniversary of ODUNA’s free medical mission.

Coach Faremi Bukola Mary, who leads both teams, expressed gratitude to MOK for his unwavering support and encouragement.

“This generous gesture will inspire our players to work even harder and strive for greater success in future competitions,” she said.
