Isa Dogonyaro, a distinguished member of the House of Representatives representing Babura/Garki Federal Constituency, Jigawa State, has passed away at the age of 46.

The All Progressives Congress lawmaker, renowned for his commitment to public service, succumbed to a brief illness in Abuja on Friday, as confirmed in a statement of condolences issued by Akin Rotimi, the Spokesman for the House of Representatives.

In the statement, Rotimi expressed profound sorrow over the loss, highlighting Dogonyaro’s unwavering dedication and significant contributions to legislative matters. Particularly noted was his role as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Control, where he made notable strides in advancing legislation.
