The groundbreaking ceremony of the much-anticipated ONEIH-Offa Sports Academy is scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 28, at Offa Industrial Zone.
This will immediately follow the grand commissioning of the ONEIH-KOLA BALOGUN TECHNOLOGY CENTER.
This disclosure was jointly made by Aare (Dr) Waheed Olagunju, the Chairman of One Innovation Hub Offa (ONEIH), Alhaji Bola Oyebode, the Chairman of Offa Sports Academy, and Dr. Akeem Oyewale, the Chairman of Offa Volleyball Club, Wednesday evening.
The commissioning will be done by the Olofa of Offaland, Oba Mufutau Muhammad Gbadamosi Okikiola, Esuwoye II, Ajagungbade I.
The announcement was made through Mr. Sulaiman Olayinka Ajeigbe (Coach Soba), the head coach of Offa Volleyball Club, on Wednesday. Dr. Oyewale extends an invitation to the public to witness this momentous occasion.
The ONEIH-Offa Sports Academy, set to become a hub for sports enthusiasts, will feature state-of-the-art facilities, including a volleyball court, basketball court, lawn tennis court, badminton court, handball court, table tennis court (equipped with a minimum of two tables), squash court, and a gym.
Dr. Akeem Oyewale is also the Chairman of Offa Volleyball Club (OVC) and Director of ONEIH-Offa Sports Academy.
Offa Volleyball Club is the promoter of ONEIH-Offa Sports Academy.
