The Offa Descendants’ Union (ODU), under the leadership of Alhaji Olaniyi Muideen Azeez Salako, has condoled the entire family of the late Alhaji M. A. Lawal (Central) over the death of their matriarch, Alhaja Nusirat Ayoka Lawal, who died on December 22, 2023.

ODU described Alhaja Ayoka as a devoted Muslim and a peace-loving mother who devoted her entire life to serving Allah and humanity. Her unwavering dedication to her faith and her community made her an inspiration to those who had the privilege of knowing her. Throughout her life, Alhaja Lawal was a tower of strength, an unwavering source of support and guidance to all those who sought her counsel. Her selfless service to her community made a profound impact on the lives of countless individuals, and her legacy will continue to inspire generations to come

Although her passing is a great loss, Alhaja Lawal’s life and her contributions will always be remembered. The Union prays for the repose of the kind soul of Alhaja Nusirat Ayoka while urging those she left behind, including Chief Dr Babatunde Lawal, the Parakoyi of Offaland, to thank Allah for the beautiful life she lived and the virtues she bequeathed to them.
