The New Sector Commander, Kwara Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kwara Sector Command, Corps Commander Stephen Dawulung has conducted an inspection of the new FRSC Area Command located in Offa, Kwara State.
Dawulung conducted the exercise before the commissioning of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) on Friday, December 15.
The Offa Area Office of the FRSC signifies an essential step towards enhancing road safety and ensuring efficient traffic management in the area.
During the inspection, The Offa Descendants Union (ODU) was on ground to receive the Commander, Mr. Bello Tajudeen Bello Ibilola (Vice President 1), Alfa Muibudeen Ajibade (ODU Treasurer) and Idowu Muhydeen Oladipo (ODU Acting National PRO) were present.
The presence of the new FRSC Area Command in Offa is expected to have a positive impact on the area’s road safety measures and enforcement of traffic regulations. It also demonstrates the commitment of the FRSC and local authorities to ensure the well-being of motorists and pedestrians alike.
Before his appointment, Dawulung, the 20th Sector Commander in the State, was in charge of the Transport Section of the Technical Services Department, Federal Road Safety Corps Headquarters, Abuja.
