The Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode Foundation has broadened its ongoing empowerment initiative to include the lowest cadre staff of Lens Polytechnic in Offa, Kwara state.
Today’s event, held at the institution’s permanent site in Offa, saw the Polytechnic Proprietor, Dr. Yisa Azeez, and the management staff witnessing the enthusiastic reception of the cash package by the beneficiaries.
Alhaji Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, represented by Mr. Saheed Lawal, expressed that the foundation’s goal is to enhance the lives of low-income earners and small business owners. Mr. Lawal highlighted that this empowerment fund will significantly aid these individuals in their existing businesses or enable them to embark on new ventures.
Dr. Azeez, the Proprietor, praised the founder of the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode Foundation, describing him as a man of the people. He acknowledged the foundation’s substantial contributions to Lens Polytechnic Offa and the wider community, deeming them immeasurable and suggesting that only God Almighty could adequately reward such benevolence.
