Summit University, Offa, Kwara State has announced an online fundraising event for the institution’s campus radio station, scholarships, medical and health facilities, power infrastructure, prizes and endowment and sports.
The event titled “Expanding Excellence” is scheduled to take place via Google Meet on 1st of April, 2023, from 5:00 – 6:30 PM
According to the flyer on the official school social media platforms, “our target is to raise 500 Million Naira ($1,000,000).
“The event is a major fundraising exercise for the advancement of Summit University, Offa, Kwara State, Nigeria.”
Summit University said it would be needing 500 Million Naira for the following projects.
1. Scholarships (#104,200,000)
2. ICT Infrastructure (#75,615,544:00)
3. Power Infrastructure (#40,524,002:64)
4. Prizes and Endowment (#50,000,000)
5. Sports (#192,000,000)
6. SUNO Radio Station (#22,660,452:76)
7. Medical and Health Facilities (#15,000,000)
