There was palpable commotion around Ola-Iya area in Osogbo, Osun State capital after a correctional Truck hits a moving interstate commercial bus popularly known as korope, City Mirror news reports.
A traffic official at the scene of the incident said the the correctional truck driver who defied the traffic lights hits the moving bus and injured the driver and one other passenger.
The driver of the mini bus sustained serious injuries on the face and ankle while his passenger a woman going to her work place also sustained serious injuries at her waist and eye.
Both the driver and the passenger have been rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
As of the time of filing this report aggrieved youths were protesting at the scene.
