The National Director Contact and Mobilization for Atiku Care Foundation (ACF), Hon. Bukoye Marooph Bintinlaye has felicitated Christians and all Nigerians as they celebrate the 2022 Christmas and 2023 New Year festivities.
Bintinlaye’s goodwill messages are contained in a statement on Sunday.
He urged all Christian faithfuls and Nigerians to see the season as a time to be more dedicated to God, adding that there is a lot for them to be thankful for survived another year under the worst administration in the history of civil rules in Nigeria.
The PDP leader recounted incidents of kidnapping, ransom demands, needless fuel price hikes, currency fluctuations against the naira, and fluctuating commodity prices that have severely hampered people’s ability to support themselves. He also mentioned the chronic and unresolved ASUU strikes that seem to be part of a deliberate plan to harm the nation’s educational system.
He stated that in order to survive the difficult circumstances in Nigeria, one must have God’s grace and His boundless mercy. He praised Nigerians for their tenacity and cautioned against electing leaders who are out of touch with the times.
According to Bintinlaye, Nigerians are aware of the people and party that promised heaven and earth but brought about hell to lose and put people through misery. He added that insecurity, inflation, poverty, and economic problems do not care about a person’s political affiliation.
Honourable Bukoye Marooph Bintinlaye thereafter asked the populace to actively join in the fight to reposition Nigeria beyond the celebrations by supporting and voting for the PDP in 2023 General Elections.
