The Executive Director of Administration and Human Resources at the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, PS (Rtd), has congratulated the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on the occasion of his 66th birthday anniversary.
Hajia Sanni described Governor AbdulRazaq as “a silent achiever, a transformer of the New Kwara, and a dialectical changer whose leadership continues to redefine governance and inclusive development in the state.”
She particularly commended the governor for setting an unprecedented benchmark in gender inclusion, noting that he is the first and only governor to exceed the Beijing Affirmative Action threshold of 35 per cent women participation in governance, with women accounting for about 68 per cent of appointments in his administration.
According to her, Kwara State has become a model of gender-sensitive governance, as all the 16 Local Government Areas now have women serving as Vice Chairpersons, a feat she described as historic and visionary.
Hajia Sanni further applauded Governor AbdulRazaq for running a youth-friendly and disability-inclusive administration, stressing that his policies continue to give voice, opportunity, and dignity to young people and persons with physical challenges across the state.
She also praised his people-oriented policies, massive infrastructural renewal, and unwavering commitment to transparency and accountability, which she said have firmly repositioned Kwara State on the path of sustainable growth and national relevance.
“His Excellency, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, is truly a colossus in Kwara State,” she stated.
Hajia Sanni wished the governor good health, renewed strength, and greater wisdom as he continues to serve the people of Kwara State and contribute meaningfully to national development.
