The Deputy Senate Leader and Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Arc. Lola Ashiru, has described the late Offa-based APC chieftain, Honourable Taofeek ‘Kanjuko’ Omoluabi, as a loyal progressive whose life and service will remain unforgettable.
Ashiru, in a condolence message shared on his official Facebook page on Monday, January 12, 2026, said Kanjuko was not only a committed party man but also a dependable grassroots mobiliser whose unwavering loyalty and passion for development distinguished him among his peers.
“Taofeek Omoluabi was a dear brother and an ardent supporter, whose life was not only defined by his passion for progress but also for his unwavering loyalty. His untimely departure has left a void in the hearts of many, but his legacy will continue to inspire and motivate us to strive for a better tomorrow,” the senator wrote.
He added that while the death of the APC stalwart has caused deep pain to family members, associates and the Offa community, his life of service would continue to serve as a source of inspiration.
“Where words fail, prayers would suffice. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him. May Almighty Allah repose his soul and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus,” Ashiru prayed.
The senator noted that the people of Offa and the entire Kwara South Senatorial District had lost a dependable grassroots politician whose contributions to party organisation and community development would remain indelible.
He commiserated with the Omoluabi family, the APC family in Offa and Kwara State, and prayed for God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
