Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, PS (Rtd), Executive Director of Administration and Human Resources at the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) and Kwara State representative on the Board of the Commission, has joined sons and daughters of Oro Kingdom, Kwarans, Nigerians and beyond in celebrating the birthday of His Royal Majesty, Oba Joel Olaniyi Oyatoye Titiloye Olufayo II, the Oloro of Oro.

Sanni described the revered monarch as a beacon of wisdom and stability whose reign continues to foster peace, unity, and sustainable development within Oro Kingdom.
According to her, Oba Olufayo II has consistently demonstrated purposeful and people-centred leadership, marked by dialogue, inclusiveness, and a deep commitment to the welfare of his subjects.
She noted that the monarch’s guidance has played a significant role in strengthening communal harmony and preserving the rich cultural heritage of the kingdom.
The NCDC Executive Director further stated that the Oloro of Oro remains a rallying point for cooperation and progress, earning him admiration and respect beyond the confines of the palace.
Hajia Sanni offered prayers for continued good health, renewed strength, and divine wisdom for the royal father, expressing confidence that these virtues will further empower him in the discharge of his sacred duties.
She wished His Royal Majesty a joyful and fulfilling new year, describing him as a symbol of continuity, peace, and hope for the present and future generations of Oro Kingdom.
