Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, Member of the Board of Trustees, Tertiary Education Trust Funds (TETFund), will deliver the keynote address at the Play With Kwara Youths (PWKY) Dinner, Awards and Magazine Unveiling ceremony on Monday 29th December, 2025.
The Guest Speaker will address participants on the theme: “Beyond Artificial Differences: The Need for a United Kwara Youths.”
The event holds at Rotana Hotel, Fate Road, Ilorin, beginning at exactly 5:00 pm with a strict “No African Time” policy.
The PWKY Organizing Committee announced that the ceremony will feature awards for deserving individuals and teams who participated in the PWKY 5.0 sports fiesta.
Awards will be presented to MVPs in Football, Ludo, Scrabble and Table Tennis, as well as Best Coach, Best Player, Highest Goal Scorers, Gold Glove winner, PWKY Ambassador and inductees into the PWKY Hall of Fame.
The event will also feature the official unveiling of The Bridge Magazine, a publication that chronicles the journey, breakthroughs and achievements of Play With Kwara Youths since inception.
The magazine captures stories of how sports has bridged political, religious and ethnic divides among young people in Kwara State.
The organizing committee urged all participants, supporters and stakeholders to arrive promptly as the programme begins at 5:00 pm sharp.
