NANS Endorses Soludo For Second Term, Commends Developmental Strides In Anambra

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Charles Chukwuma Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) winner of the 2025 Anambra Governorship Election.

The announcement was made on Sunday by the Returning Officer, Prof Edoma Bright, after Soludo secured victory across all 21 local government areas of the state.

Below is the official result as declared by INEC:

A: 224 votes

AA: 1,145 votes

AAC: 292 votes

ADC: 8,208 votes

APC: 99,445 votes

APGA: 422,664 votes

APM: 892 votes

APP: 73 votes

BP: 126 votes

LP: 10,576 votes

NNPP: 525 votes

NRM: 36 votes

PDP: 1,401 votes

SDP: 241 votes

YPP: 37,753 votes

ZLP: 453 votes

Registered voters: 2,788,864
Accredited voters: 598,229
Total valid votes: 584,054
Rejected votes: 11,244
Total votes cast: 595,298

Soludo, having scored the highest number of valid votes, was declared duly elected by the electoral umpire.
