— Coordinator prays for divine mercy, protection for her children
The Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD), a leading civil society organization in Kwara State, has announced the passing of its Office Secretary, Mrs. Folashade Grace Adeyemo.
According to a statement issued on Wednesday, November 13, 2025, by the Coordinator of ENetSuD, Dr. Abdullateef Alagbonsi, the late Adeyemo died after a brief illness.
Dr. Alagbonsi described the deceased as a “very important person in ENetSuD,” noting that she was not only the custodian of the organization’s office but also the main liaison with various organizations on official document exchanges.
He praised her for her dedication, loyalty, and commitment to the values and mission of ENetSuD, emphasizing that her demise was a great loss to the organization and everyone who worked closely with her.
“Folashade was very hardworking and loyal to ENetSuD. We pray that Almighty Allah forgives her shortcomings and grants her Aljanat Firdaus,” the statement read.
The Coordinator also offered prayers for the two young children the deceased left behind, Rihaanat and Abdulmalik, asking Allah to protect and provide for them.
ENetSuD, known for its advocacy on transparency, accountability, and good governance, expressed deep sorrow over the loss, describing it as a painful blow to the organization’s administrative team.
Mrs. Adeyemo’s passing has since drawn condolences from members, associates, and partner organizations who lauded her dedication and cheerful disposition during her years of service.
