In a move that further signals his determination ahead of the 2027 general elections, Hon. Wasiu Hammed Ajibola, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Offa Local Government, has met with members of the Constituency Working Committee (CWC) across Ojomu/Balogun Constituency.
The meeting, held at the PDP Secretariat in Offa last week, brought together key party officials, including youth leaders, secretaries, and vice chairmen from the wards that make up the constituency.
During the engagement, Ajibola formally declared his ambition to contest for the Kwara State House of Assembly seat representing Ojomu/Balogun Constituency in the 2027 general election.
He appealed for the support and cooperation of the CWC members in actualising his vision of effective and people-centred representation.
According to sources at the meeting, Ajibola emphasized the need for unity, internal cohesion, and early preparation within the PDP to ensure victory in the forthcoming polls.
