The Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Patriotic Movement (RHP), Kwara State Chapter, Hon. Olowo Abdul Wasiu, has congratulated the state governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on his recent appointment as the Chairman of the National Steering Committee for the Renewed Hope Ward Development Programme (RHWDP).
In a statement issued on behalf of the state executive council of the movement, Hon. Olowo described the appointment as “well-deserved and reflective of Governor AbdulRazaq’s proven leadership capacity, grassroots development focus, and loyalty to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.”
He noted that the new role further affirms the governor’s rising national profile and the confidence reposed in him by the Presidency to drive community-based initiatives that align with the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“The entire RHP family in Kwara State rejoices with our visionary governor on this latest feather to his cap. Governor AbdulRazaq’s appointment as Chairman of the RHWDP Committee is a testament to his commitment to inclusive governance and sustainable development,” the statement read in part.
Hon. Olowo pledged the movement’s total support for the governor in his new national assignment, expressing optimism that his leadership would translate to impactful grassroots transformation across the country.
He added that under Governor AbdulRazaq’s stewardship, the RHWDP would serve as a catalyst for empowering rural communities, improving social welfare, and fostering national unity through participatory governance.
“Governor AbdulRazaq has consistently demonstrated excellence in governance and a deep sense of patriotism. His new responsibility will further showcase his exemplary leadership on a national scale,” the statement concluded.
