NCDC ED Admin & HR, Bilqis Jumoke Sanni Congratulates Hon. (Chief) Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Opawoye on Her Doctorate Achievement

The Executive Director (Administration and Human Resources) of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, PS (Rtd), has congratulated Hon. (Chief) Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Opawoye on the successful completion of her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State.

In a goodwill message issued on Wednesday, October 21, 2025, Hajia Sanni, who also represents Kwara State on the Board of the Commission, described Dr. Opawoye’s academic attainment as a remarkable milestone and a testament to her hard work, dedication, and resilience.

According to Hajia Sanni, “Her achievements are heartwarming because she exemplifies commitment and perseverance. Dr. Opawoye has always been a vibrant grassroots mobilizer, an astute woman of grace and divine blessings. I am proud to be associated with such an accomplished and inspiring personality.”

She further lauded Dr. Opawoye’s leadership as the President of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Women Progressives in Kwara State, noting that her contributions to women’s development and political mobilization have been commendable.

“I celebrate the presence of God in her life and pray for greater heights in her journey of service and excellence,” she added.
