The lawmaker representing Ojomu/Balogun Constituency in the Kwara State House of Assembly and Chairman, House Committee on Health and Nutrition, Ogbeni Seun Ogunniyi, has congratulated the Vice Chairman of Offa Local Government Council, Hon.
