The Oyo State Primary Health Care Board has announced the release of a supplementary list of successful candidates under its recent recruitment exercise.
In an official notice issued on Wednesday and signed by the Director of Administration and Supplies, Mrs Azees Ganiyat, for the Executive Secretary, the Board urged shortlisted applicants to confirm their status by visiting any Local Government Health Authority (LGHA) office closest to them.
Applicants are expected to obtain a unique reference number at the LGHA office, which will be used to log into the recruitment portal — https://recruitment.oyophcb.org.ng — to print their official offer of appointment and acceptance letter.
The statement further directed successful candidates to report at the Board’s headquarters in the state secretariat, Ibadan, between Thursday, September 18, and Monday, September 22, 2025. They are to present their printed letters alongside other required documents for verification and documentation, a mandatory step to finalise the appointment process and secure deployment.
The documents required include all educational certificates, practising licences where applicable, NYSC discharge or exemption certificates, birth certificate, four passport photographs, local government of origin certificate, certificate of medical fitness, and a letter of attestation. Each document must be presented in its original form with one photocopy.
The Board urged all shortlisted applicants to comply strictly with the guidelines to ensure a smooth documentation process.
