The Executive Director (Administration and Human Resources) of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, has congratulated the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) of Nasarawa State, Dr. Shuaibu Magaji Labaran, SAN, on his recent string of remarkable achievements.
Dr. Labaran, who was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) on Monday, had earlier bagged a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree and on Tuesday launched a book, making the week a historic one in his personal and professional journey.
