MOK Foundation Congratulates Alhaji Tunde Yinka Salawudeen on His Installation as Oluomo of Igbonnaland

The Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation has congratulated Alhaji Tunde Yinka Salawudeen , one of its prominent members, on his installation as the Oluomo of Igbonnaland.

Alhaji Tunde Salawudeen was decorated with the revered title by the Onigbonna of Igbonna, Oba Abubakar Adeshola Sholadoye, during the colourful ceremony marking the monarch’s 10th coronation anniversary.

The event drew dignitaries, family, friends, and community members who hailed the new Oluomo as a man of substance and service.

In a statement signed by its Director, Mr. Saheed Lawal, the MOK Foundation described the honour as a well-deserved recognition of Salawudeen’s years of selfless contributions to the growth and progress of Igbonna.

The Foundation noted that his installation symbolises the community’s appreciation of his commitment to humanitarian causes, people-oriented initiatives, and grassroots development.

Mr. Lawal lauded Salawudeen’s interventions in the town, commending his proactive role in community building and support for the palace.

He expressed confidence that the new Oluomo would continue to uphold the values of integrity, leadership, and service.

The MOK Foundation reaffirmed its pride in having him as one of its pillars, stressing that his elevation would inspire greater commitment to its vision of touching lives and uplifting communities across Kwara South and beyond.
