[FULL TEXT] NCDC MD, Dr. Cyril Tsenyil Congratulates SSG Nassarawa, Dr. Shuaibu Magaji Labaran, on Historic Achievements

I heartily congratulate the Secretary to the Government of Nassarawa State, Dr. Shuaibu Magaji Labaran (PhD, SAN), on his recent and remarkable milestones.

On Monday, 29th September 2025, he was conferred with the highly esteemed title of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), a recognition that crowns his years of dedication and service. Earlier, he had earned the prestigious academic laurel of Doctor of Philosophy, and today, he is launching his book, which further serves as reinforcement of his versatility and intellectual depth.

These accomplishments are a reflection of his humility, dynamism, and commitment to service.

Dr. Labaran is an astute politician and respected power broker in Nassarawa political corridor and beyond.
