The Executive Director representing Kwara State at the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Mrs. Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, PS (Rtd), has joined family, friends, and political associates in celebrating the birthday of the Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Hon. Abubakar Sulaiman Sai Kayi.
