The Deputy Leader of the Senate and Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Architect Oyelola Yisa Ashiru, has congratulated his Personal Assistant, Omuiyadun Hammed Dimeji, on his induction into the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS).

The induction, which took place at the prestigious Dome Hall of the Enugu State International Conference Centre, was part of a two-day national workshop hosted by the institute, themed: “Standardizing Procurement Excellence: Enhancing Transparency and Efficiency Through the Nigerian Bureau of Public Procurement’s Standard Bidding Document.”

Senator Ashiru, in his congratulatory message, described QS Omuiyadun Hammed as a diligent and forward-thinking professional who has made remarkable contributions to the built environment and environmental science professions through his various roles in both government and private practice.

“As he continues to make strides in environmental science and national development, I wish him continued success and divine guidance in all his endeavours,” the senator stated.

QS Omuiyadun, who holds a Higher National Diploma from the Federal Polytechnic Offa and a Bachelor’s degree from Oduduwa University, is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying. Until his appointment to the National Assembly, he served as Head of the Quantity Surveying Unit at the Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji, Ondo State.

He is also the Managing Director of Yaoh Development Limited, a construction and real estate firm based in Abuja.

The induction into NIQS represents a significant professional milestone for Omuiyadun and has been met with praise from colleagues and industry leaders alike.
