Popular Nollywood actor, Seun Confirm, has died.
It was gathered that the actor passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025, reportedly from complications arising from high Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).
The news of his death was announced by fellow actor, Jaiye Kuti, via her Instagram page. In an emotional tribute, Kuti expressed deep grief over the loss and prayed for divine comfort for the bereaved family.
“Seun Confirm… Aaaah iku omo yin dun mi ooooo kabiyesi Olorun. Kabiyesi Olorun, kabiyesi Olorun, ijinle ife alailenikan, iku doro. Rest in peace is cruel o. Not now, Lord! Olorun Odun mi o. High BPH. Ama pade lese Jesu. Sun re o. May God console your family,” she wrote.
Seun Confirm’s death comes less than a month after another Nollywood veteran, Tom Njemanze, died on July 19, 2025, following a battle with prostate cancer.
