The inauguration of Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni as Executive Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) is more than just a political gesture. It reflects Senator Oyelola Yisa Ashiru’s thoughtful decision to nominate a seasoned administrator with over 35 years of experience across various ministries.
Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni has served as Permanent Secretary in ministries such as Commerce and Water Resources in Kwara State. North Central Development Commission is not only blessed with a beautiful personality like “Hajia Alasonla” but a well groomed administrator, financial expert, development enthusiast and a grassroots mobilizer with unblemished records of serving God through humanity. Her extensive background makes her a valuable asset to the commission.
The long awaiting renewal of hope for the good people of Kwara State and North Central region is here. With unity of purpose and synergy with relevant stakeholders, the challenges of insecurity, food security, unemployment, deplorable conditions of rural road among other socioeconomic imbroglio will be mitigated.
