The Executive Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), representing Kwara State, Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, has joined the people of Offa, Ibolo, Kwara State, and well-wishers across Nigeria in celebrating His Royal Majesty, Oba Mufutau Muhammad Gbadamosi Okikiola Esuwoye II, Ajagungbade I, on the joyous occasion of his 62nd birthday.
In a goodwill message personally signed, Sanni described the revered monarch as “a visionary traditional ruler whose reign has brought peace, unity, and remarkable socio-economic development to Offa and beyond.”
She noted that Oba Esuwoye II has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, a deep commitment to cultural preservation, and dedication to the welfare of his people.
“Your reign has been a blessing not only to the great people of Offa but also to Kwara State as a whole. Your wisdom, humility, and tireless efforts in fostering community development remain exemplary,” Sanni said.
While praying for the monarch’s continued good health, strength, and divine guidance, the NCDC Executive Director wished him many more years of fruitful service to humanity.
“On behalf of myself and the North Central Development Commission, I heartily congratulate our beloved monarch, the Olofa of Offa, on attaining the age of 62. May your reign continue to be peaceful, prosperous, and impactful,” she concluded.
