The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Adediji Construction Nigeria Limited, Engr. Akeem Ibrahim Adediji, has empowered 500 residents of Duste, Jigawa State, with cash support.
In continuation of his commitment to touching lives, Engr. Adediji distributed cash support of ₦20,000 each to 500 less privileged residents.
The initiative, which has become a regular lifeline for many households, was warmly received as the recipients expressed gratitude for the financial relief, describing it as timely and impactful.
Speaking at the exercise, Engr. Adediji noted that his motivation was driven by a deep sense of responsibility to give back to society.
He stressed that empowerment, no matter how modest, can go a long way in helping families meet basic needs and pursue small-scale economic ventures.
“This is not about politics; it is about humanity. Our people face real challenges every day, and if God has blessed us, we must also be a blessing to others. My hope is that this token will support petty trading, household expenses, or even serve as seed money for bigger opportunities,” he said.
Engr. Adediji added that the initiative was aimed at providing financial relief to households and supporting small-scale economic activities.
He continued that the programme would continue as part of his commitment to community development.
