Charles Idibia, popularly known as Charlybrave and brother to iconic Nigerian musician 2Baba (formerly 2Face Idibia), has expressed grave concerns over the singer’s relationship with politician Natasha Osawuru.
In an emotionally charged open letter shared on Instagram, Charles commended 2Baba’s enduring patience and compassionate nature, describing him as a “modern-day Jesus” who silently absorbs blame and criticism to shield those truly responsible for his suffering.
However, Charles did not hold back in levelling strong accusations against Natasha, whom he alleged is a destabilising force in 2Baba’s life. According to him, she has manipulated the singer, isolating him from both his personal and professional networks.
He recounted a series of alleged incidents, including the unauthorised access to 2Baba’s devices, impersonation on social media, deletion and editing of messages, interference in his business affairs, and attempts to sever ties with his management in Lagos.
In the post, Charles wrote:
> “To my dear @official2baba… there are not enough words in English to express how much I love you.
“To the gentle, kind, peaceful soul… the man who would take losses in business just to avoid confrontation… who endures being falsely labelled, just to protect the very person attacking him.
“To the man I dare describe as a modern-day Jesus Christ from Nigeria—because of how pure your heart is—I beg you to wake up.
“It’s never a crime to save yourself. You’ve gone from the frying pan into an industrial furnace.
“A girlfriend who breaks into your phone to announce your divorce, impersonates you online, reads and deletes messages, convinces you to leave your management in Lagos to become her accessory in Abuja—this is no longer love, it’s captivity.”
Charles further claimed that Natasha has presented herself publicly as 2Baba’s wife, despite no legal marriage, and allegedly sabotaged his career and relationships under the guise of love.
The revelation has triggered widespread discussion across social media, with fans expressing concern for the veteran singer’s well-being.

This outcry follows earlier concerns raised by 2Baba’s mother, Mrs Rose Idibia, who alleged in early 2025 that Natasha had spiritually manipulated her son using beads placed on his head and neck.
As public attention intensifies, many fans and observers are calling for intervention, urging the award-winning musician to take control of his narrative and prioritise his well-being and legacy—especially for the sake of his seven children.
