Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, will on Monday, July 21, 2025, flag off the third phase of the dualisation of the Osogbo–Ikirun–Ila Odo–Kwara State Boundary road.
This is a fresh push to strengthen regional connectivity and drive economic growth through strategic infrastructure.
The project, covering an additional 6 kilometres, is a continuation of the flagship road expansion initiative that links Osun’s capital city to northern border communities, eventually connecting to Kwara State.
It is one of the most economically significant road corridors in the state, serving as a vital link for farmers, traders, and inter-state travelers.
Governor Adeleke, who has repeatedly emphasized infrastructure as a cornerstone of his administration’s developmental agenda, is expected to launch the construction works during a brief ceremony attended by top government officials, traditional rulers, and stakeholders.
