FIBSU National President Lauds Lagelu LG Chairman For Developmental Strides

The Federation of Ibadan Students’ Union (FIBSU) National President Giwa Kamorudeen Olawale has commended the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, for his responsive leadership and commitment to community development, particularly the successful completion of the 5.9km dualisation of the Akobo–Ojurin–Olorunda Abaa Road.

The Union President noted that the road, which had long been abandoned, had posed severe challenges to residents and commuters in the area before its rehabilitation.

FIBSU National President, Giwa Kamorudeen Olawale, praised the Chairman for his laudable achievements and unwavering support for the National body of the Union.

Giwa further disclosed that the Chairman had pledged financial assistance through bursary to indigent students from Lagelu Local Government, a gesture that underscores his passion for education and youth empowerment.

He expressed his best wishes for the Chairman’s continued success in office and lauded his consistent support for Ibadan students.
