The Executive Director representing Kwara State at the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Hajia Bilqis Jumoke Sanni, has felicitated the Chief Imam of Offa and the Ibolo Kingdom, Sheikh (Dr.) Muhyidin Salman Hussein Al-Imam, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a warm message of tribute, Hajia Bilqis described the revered Islamic scholar as not only a universally respected spiritual leader but also a personal mentor and guiding light in her journey of life and service.

“As a daughter of the soil, I remain eternally grateful for your prayers, counsel, and the spiritual grounding you have offered not just to me but to thousands across Offa and beyond,” she wrote.
Sheikh Muhyidin Salman, widely known for his encyclopedic knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence, his measured voice of peace, and his decades-long commitment to community development, is regarded as one of the most influential religious figures in Kwara State, Ibolo region and Nigeria at large.
She prayed for continued divine strength, long life, and abundant wisdom for the Imam as he continues to shepherd the faithful with dignity and compassion.
