A frontline All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and aspirant for the Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency seat in the 2027 elections, Honourable Moshood Adeleke, has felicitated the Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government Area, Hadji (Hon) Abdulrasheed Femi Yusuf, on his conferment as the Apesin of Koko-Araromi Land.

In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Hon. Adeleke described the chieftaincy recognition as “well-deserved and long overdue,” praising the local government boss for his leadership style, grassroots engagement, and unwavering commitment to community development.

“The conferment of the Apesin of Koko-Araromi Land on you is not just a mark of honour but a testament to your tireless dedication to public service and inclusive governance,” Adeleke stated.

He noted that the honour reflects the trust and admiration the people of Koko-Araromi hold for Alhaji Femi Yusuf, whose tenure as council chairman has seen notable developmental strides across communities in Ifelodun.

Adeleke, who also serves as the Founder of the HMA Foundation, lauded the traditional institution for acknowledging and rewarding merit, integrity, and selfless service.

He added, “At a time when leadership is constantly tested, it is reassuring to witness traditional recognition bestowed upon individuals who have distinguished themselves in service to the people. I am proud of Chairman Yusuf’s achievements, and I pray for greater strength and wisdom for him in his continued service to our people.”

The chieftaincy ceremony, which held at Koko-Araromi this weekend, attracted dignitaries, community leaders, and political stakeholders from across Kwara State.

Adeleke further reiterated his commitment to youth empowerment, rural development, and bridging the governance gap through effective representation, as he continues consultations toward his 2027 federal legislative bid.
